QRPA calculations predict a prolate g.s. 120 keV below 59V 5cL an oblate configuration (1999So20), so it is unclear which of these 59V 6cL orbitals is in fact the g.s. and {+59}V may exhibit shape coexistence. 59V 7cL 2005Li53 list tentative 5/2- referring to 1999So20. 59V cL %B-N$2005Li53 estimated (|J3%) from its decay to 2+ state in {+58}Cr 59V 2cL observing 880|g and 1056|g in the delayed |g-ray spectrum. 59V cL T$From 102|g(t) and 208|g(t) in 2005Li53 - good statistics - decay 59V 2cL curve fitted with an exponential function with linear background; 59V 3cL consistent with a half-life of 95 ms {I3}, determined from {+59}Cr 59V 4cL growth and decay with half-life of 1.05 s {I9} (1050 ms {I90}) of 59V 5cL {+59}Cr in {+59}V |b{+-} decay. Other values: 75 ms {I7} (1999So20), 59V 6cL 130 ms {I20} (1998Am04), and 70 ms {I40} (1998So03). Value from 59V 7cL 2005Li53 is adopted over that in 1999So20, based on better statistics 59V xcL (~33 times) and precision.
