Singh (McMaster), Feb 07, 2017 110RU c 2017Do01: beam=430 MeV {+110}Ru produced as fission fragment of 110RU2c {+252}Cf source at the CARIBU facility at ATLAS-ANL facility. 110RU3c Target=1.5 mg/cm{+2} thick {+208}Pb enriched to 99.9%. Measured 110RU4c scattered {+110}Ru ions, E|g, I|g, ({+110}Ru ions)|g-coin using 110RU5c GRETINA array for |g detection and CHICO2 array for heavy ions. 110RU6c The gamma-ray yields were obtained at particle scattering angular 110RU7c ranges of 30|'-40|', 40|'-60|' and 60|-75|'. GOSIA analysis was used 110RU8c to deduce E2 matrix elements, by including previously known 110RU9c spectroscopic data for lifetimes (except for the lifetime of the 110RUAc first 2+ state) and |g-branching ratios as constraints. In this 110RUBc analysis, ground-state band members up to 8+, gamma band members up to 110RUCc 4+, and the first excited 0+ state were included together with their 110RUDc known matrix elements, except data for the first 2+ state. The |DJ=0 110RUEc and 1 transitions from the 3+ and the second 2+ states were assumed as 110RUFc pure E2, justified by the measurements of mixing ratios in other Ru 110RUGc isotopes. Authors, further claim that inclusion of M1 admixtures had 110RUHc a negligible influence on the E2 excitation probabilities.
