Fission 127PD4c products were transported through the BigRIPS-ZeroDegree spectrometer 127PD5c and implanted into the WAS3ABi active stopper consisting of eight 127PD6c layers of double-sided silicon-strip detectors (DSSSDs) and |g rays 127PD7c were detected using the EURCA |g-ray spectrometer consisting of 12 127PD8c Cluster-type detectors, each of which contains 7 HPGe crystals packed 127PD9c closely. Measured E|g, I|g, |g(t). Deduced levels, spin-parities, 127PDAc half-life. Singh (McMaster); May 7, 2021 127PD c 2021Ha19: {+127}Pd produced in {+9}Be({+238}U,F) reaction with {+238}U 127PD2c beam of 345 MeV/nucleon from the cascade operation of the RBIF 127PD3c complex of accelerators at RIKEN. Identification of {+127}Pd made on 127PD4c the basis of magnetic rigidity, time-of-flight and energy loss using 127PD5c the BigRIPS separator and ZeroDegree spectrometer. The separated nuclei 127PD6c were sent to the Advanced Implantation Detector Array (AIDA) for the 127PD7c detection of implanted ions and subsequent |b{+-} and |b{+-}-delayed 127PD8c neutrons using six double-sided silicon-strip detector (DSSDs) for 127PD9c particles, and BRIKEN neutron counter array of 140 {+3}He proportional 127PDAc counters embedded in a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) matrix. 127PDBc Measured and analyzed (implanted ions)-|b, (implanted ions)-|b-n 127PDCc and (implanted ions)-|b-2n correlated events to deduce half-life of 127PDDc decay and delayed-neutron emission probability (%|b{+-}n or (P{-1n}). 127PDEc In the analysis, Bateman equation was used to fit the decay curve for 127PDFc the isotope of interest, subsequent daughters and grand-daughters in 127PDGc the decay chain to reach the final stable isotope. No events for 127PD4cL |b{+-}2n decay mode were detected by 2021Ha19 127PD cL E$it is assumed that the observed activity corresponds to the g.s. 127PD2cL of {+127}Pd 127PD cL J$(11/2-) proposed for the g.s. in 2019Wa14: Phys. Lett. B792, 263 127PD cL T$measured by 2021Ha19 from the decay curves of (implanted ions)-|b and 127PD2cL (implanted ions)-|b-n correlated events. Earlier value: 38 ms {I2} 127PD3cL (2015Lo04: Phys.
