Identification of {+131}Cd was made by 131CD4c determining atomic Z and mass-to-charge ratio A/Q, where Q=charge state 131CD5c of the ions. The selectivity of ions was based on magnetic rigidity, 131CD6c time-of-flight and energy loss. The separated nuclei were implanted at 131CD7c a rate of 50 ions/s in a stack of eight double-sided silicon-strip 131CD8c detector (WAS3ABi), surrounded by EURICA array of 84 HPGe detectors. 131CD9c Correlations were recorded between the implanted ions and |b rays. The 131CDAc half-life of {+131}Cd isotope was measured from the correlated ion-|b 131CDBc decay curves and maximum likelihood analysis technique as described in 131CDCc 2014Xu07 (Phys. Rev. Lett. 113, 032505). Identification of {+131}Cd was made on 131CD4c the basis of magnetic rigidity, time-of-flight, and energy loss using 131CD5c the BigRIPS separator and ZeroDegree spectrometer. The separated nuclei 131CD6c were implanted into a stack of six double-sided silicon-strip 131CD6c detectors (DSSDs) of the Advanced Implantation Detector Array (AIDA) 131CD7c for the detection of implanted ions and subsequent |b{+-} and 131CD8c |b{+-}-delayed neutrons. The AIDA array was surrounded by two clover 131CD9c HPGe detectors, and the BRIKEN neutron counter array of 140 {+3}He 131CDAc proportional counters embedded in a high-density polyethylene 131CDBc (HDPE) matrix. Measured and analyzed (implanted ions)-|b, and |b-n 131CDCc correlated events. The (implanted ions)|b-correlated events with the 131CDDc associated neutron multiplicity distributions were fitted using the 131CDEc maximum likelihood method, with the inclusion of probability density 131CDFc functions for decays of parent, subsequent all the daughter activities, 131CDGc neutron background, and efficiencies of neutron and |b detectors. 131CDHc Above procedure was used to extract simultaneously half-life of 131CDIc parent activity, %|b{+-}n, and %|b{+-}2n decay modes.
