Singh (McMaster), Jan 23, 2021 145XE c 2020Wu04: {+145}Xe nuclide produced at the RIBF-RIKEN facility in 145XE2c {+9}Be({+238}U,F) reaction at E=345 MeV/nucleon and an intensity of 145XE3c 5pnA. Identification of fission fragments of interest was made based on 145XE4c time-of-flight (tof), magnetic rigidity (B|r), and energy loss (|DE) 145XE5c using the BigRIPS spectrometer, determining atomic Z and mass-to-charge 145XE6c ratio A/Q, where Q=charge state of the ions. The separated nuclei 145XE7c were implanted at a rate of 100 ions/s in the beta counting system 145XE8c of the Wide range Active Silicon-Strip Stopper Array for Beta and 145XE9c ion detection (WAS3ABi), which included a stack of five Double Sided 145XEAc Silicon Strip Detectors (DSSSDs). The WAS3ABi setup was surrounded 145XEBc by Euroball RIken Cluster Array (EURICA) array of 84 HPGe detectors 145XECc for |g detection. Half-life of the separated and implanted ions 145XEDc was determined by fitting the time distribution of |b(implants)- and/or 145XEEc |b|g(implants)-correlated decay curves to the sum of activities of 145XEFc parent nuclei, daughter nuclei, grand-daughter nuclei, |b-delayed 145XEGc neutron daughter and grand-daughter nuclei, and a constant background. 145XEHc Comparison of measured half-lives with FRDM+QRPA (2003), FRDM+QRPA 145XEIc (2019), KTUY+GT2, RHB+pn-RQRPA, and DF+CQRPA theoretical calculations. 145XE L 0 202 MS 26 145XE2 L %B-=100 $ %B-N=1.00 15 (2020Li32) 145XE cL %B-$only the |b{+-} decay mode is expected and detected, followed by 145XE2cL |b-delayed neutron decay 145XE cL E$the observed activity is assumed to correspond to {+145}Xe g.s. 145XE cL T$from 2020Wu04, fitting the time distribution of 145XE2cL (implanted ions)|b|g-correlated decay curves to the sum of activities 145XE3cL of parent nuclei, daughter nuclei, grand-daughter nuclei, |b{+-}n 145XE4cL daughter and grand-daughter nuclei, and a constant background.
