Ota (NNDC, BNL), August 5, 2022 239PU c A {+239}Np source was produced by neutron activation of {+238}U (six 239PU2c hours of irradiation) at the research reactor in the University of 239PU3c Pavia. The produced {+239}Np sample (1050 Bq) was dissolved in a 239PU4c liquid scintillator and sealed in the Teflon container. The half-life 239PU5c of the metastable state of {+239}Pu was measured from the time 239PU6c distribution between |b{+-} particles detected by the scintillator 239PU7c and the delayed events of internal conversion electrons or |g-rays 239PU8c detected by the scintillator or a HPGe detector. 239NP P 0.0 5/2+ 2.3565 D 722.8 9 239NP cP E,J,T$From Adopted levels of {+239}Particle normalization in the ENSDF 239NPxcP database 239NP cP QP$From 2021Wa16 239PU N 1.0 239PU L 0.0 239PU L 391.6 7/2- 190.2 NS 2 239PU cL T$Only |g rays below 300 keV (in the liquid scintillator) in 239PU2cL coincidence with |b{+-} were considered in the analysis.
